To create the perfect BBQ, Legacy traveled the country, testing award-winning BBQ sauces and researching top cooking methods. They had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and Joy Steheny, owners of Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ in Kansas City. Legacy immediately struck up a friendship out of our respect for their passion to always prepare award-winning meats and sauces. Whether Jeff is selecting Angus beef from the corn belt or constantly testing new recipes for rubs and sauces, he is driven to create the best BBQ possible.
