We source all our protein from responsible producers who prioritize animal welfare and sustainable practices. Our animals are 100% vegetarian-fed and hormone and antibiotic-free and our ranchers are committed to animal welfare, allowing animals to graze healthily and prioritizing natural living. “We let cows be cows” is a guiding principle.

We believe in the power of slow-cooked, authentic flavors. That's why everything is cooked and smoked in-house. We use only the freshest ingredients, seasoned to perfection and then slowly smoked for hours, infusing each dish with a rich, smoky aroma and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
